Ethical Screening & Responsible Matching
We believe in intentional placements, not fast transactions. If we feel a puppy’s needs aren’t aligned with a family’s readiness or environment, we reserve the right to decline an adoption.
We may request:
- Photos of your home setup
- A quick lifestyle questionnaire
- A casual conversation to understand your expectations

Reservation Deposits & Cancellation
Your reservation holds a puppy that would otherwise be available to another family. That said, life happens—and we aim to be fair:
- 80% refund if canceled within 7 calendar days of deposit
- Non-refundable after 7 days, as plans are already in motion for your puppy
All reservations include clear documentation of your selected puppy.
Refunds on Full Payments
If a licensed veterinarian identifies a serious congenital defect not previously disclosed in the adoption agreement, we offer:
- 70% refund within 30 days of delivery, upon receipt of a signed veterinary report
Please note: refunds do not apply for cosmetic traits, known conditions already discussed, or buyer’s remorse due to lifestyle changes.
